I really like these suppositories. Yes, they are a little messy to insert but they make everything down there feel natural. Because they basically melt in warmth, if inserted at night time there isn't much for say "leaking" in the morning like with other inserts.If you suffer dryness or an off putting odor after menopause, these definitely help and love they aren't full of chemicals or hormone treatments. The box says to refrigerate before use which definitely makes inserting them easier. However, it's not super convenient and with teen boys in the house, pushing the box around the refrigerator isn't ideal. I keep them in my dresser drawer in the bedroom that I keep on the cool side and they are fine. Perhaps refrigerate for the first time to get used to inserting, then as long as you can insert quickly, I don't thing refrigerating is necessary.
